  • [CURO AI] Unable to connect the Curo AI 2.0.0 program with the Cubroid Block.
    Can't you connect the CuroAI program with the Cubroid Block? Check out five things as follows. Check 1. Turn off the scratch link and try running it again? You may reboot your laptop. Check 2. Is the Internet connected to your laptop? If you don't have an internet connection, please connect it to your laptop. Check 3. Is Bluetooth® on your laptop? Turn on the laptop Bluetooth®. ※ In some cases, only 1 to 6 Bluetooth® connections are connected, depending on the laptop policy (performance). Check 4. Is the scratch link version 1.4.3.0? If it's wrong, please delete the existing scratch link and download and install the 1.4.3.0 version. Reboot your laptop. Check 5. If the scratch link version is correct, did you set the group number? If the number is specified in the Cubroid block, you must set the group number in the CuroAI program according to the number. The group number setting is located in the upper right corner of the CuroAI program. Check 6. After connecting the block, the connection is disconnected within 1 minute! You can use it normally by restoring the firmware to the previous firmware version. More than 90% of the above 5 methods are solved. If you look at the video below, it's easy to understand. If the above method does not work, there are two additional methods available: 1. There is a way to remove Bluetooth® from Device Manager and then re-enable Bluetooth® through Find New Hardware. Notebooks may sometimes reboot. 2. Finally, there is a way to use the Bluetooth® dongle. If you look at the video below, it's easy to understand.

  • Shipping & Sales Tax
    International Shipping: Cubroid offers free shipping and only supports FedEx for deliveries. Duties and taxes for international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Cubroid does not assume responsibility for any additional charges after the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these additional charges, the cost of return shipping and any extra costs will be deducted from the order price, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the recipient. Shipping Issues: The customer is responsible for all the address and contact information provided at the time of order. If a mistake is suspected, please contact us as quickly as possible. If the package requires re-shipping or route changes, the customer bears all costs incurred. Any additional costs must be paid in full before a second attempt at delivery is made. If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately snap some photos of the damage to the box and contents and contact the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and contact Cubroid via email as soon as possible. Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping charges on merchandise being returned to us for warranty replacement or refund. Failure to Pay International Duties and Taxes: All duties and fees incurred after your shipment leaves our facility are the responsibility of the recipient. If your package is returned to Cubroid due to failure to pay customs duties or VAT fees, you will be refunded the total remaining after deducting the original shipping cost, any custom fees paid to release the package, and return shipping costs.   • Warranty & Returns
    To begin a Warranty Replacement or Return, or for any other Technical or Customer Support related questions, please email us at support@cubroid.com! 1-Year Warranty on Cubroid products: With proof of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your robots within one year if your robot blocks simply aren’t working the way they should. Cubroid reserves the right to reject warranty items that have been intentionally abused. If your robots are defective or misbehaving in some way, please email us at support@cubroid.com with your proof of purchase, explaining as best you can the issue you are observing. We may be able to help you fix the problem yourself, but if not, we’ll be happy to repair or replace your robots! After you’ve contacted our Customer Support team, you will be asked to send items for repair or replacement to our factory at the address below: Cubroid Attn: Warranty #1007, D-dong, IncheonTechnoValleyU1Center, 236, Jubuto-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea Please note that our One Year Warranty does not cover Cubroid products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized resellers. Warranty Requests may be denied if you are not able to provide a valid Proof of Purchase. Returns & Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Please send us an email at support@cubroid.com for further instructions. All returns for refund or credit must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and resalable condition. Please include a printed copy of your purchase receipt or confirmation email for the order. Returns must also include all the factory accessories which come with the purchase. This includes any chargers, batteries, instructions, etc. Returns on damaged, scratched, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ merchandise will not be accepted.
